Trichoscopy allows the doctor to examine the scalp and follicles under magnification. It is used as support to better understand the hair situation and explain to the patient what is observed during the assessment.
Yes. The online option provides initial orientation and allows the doctor to understand the reason for consultation. It does not always replace in-person examination; the doctor will indicate whether you need to attend the clinic to confirm the diagnosis.
Yes. The first in-person assessment is free and includes the first contact with the doctor, hair examination, trichoscopy, explanation of the findings and, where appropriate, a treatment proposal and estimate. A written report is not currently provided as a deliverable.
